Feb 7 (Reuters) - BMW North America is recalling 87,394 vehicles in the U.S. as the engine starter may overheat, causing a fire risk, the U.S. National Highway Traffic Safety Administration said on Saturday. Dealers will replace the engine starter free of charge, the auto regulator said.
The recall comprises 2.0-liter turbo vehicles from BMW and Toyota with production dates from November 26, 2020, through May 7, 2024
