A quick dinner with the last few leftovers from Thanksgiving. I butterflied a pork loin and stuffed it with stuffing and stewed apples. I had so much butternut squash left over, so I added that to a risotto. I added my leftover cranberries to my stewed apples, but forgot to serve the compote (it was on my second dish😉)!!! Taking in every last fall dish that I can 🥰🍁🍂#l#leftoverst#thanksgivingr#risottoq#quickrecipese#easyreciped#dinnerh#holidayh#happyl#loveh#homecookf#fype#eat
