EXPLOSIVE BREACHING Thanks to the citizens of Kennewick, the Kennewick School District and Chervenell Construction the Tri-City Regional SWAT Team was able to conduct explosive breaching training at the old Ridge View Elementary School prior to it being demolished to make way for the new school.
